Meet Thomas, CorrHealth’s Associate Regional Manager. Thomas brings with him a decade of frontline and administrative healthcare experience, most recently serving as Health Service Administrator for CorrHealth at Jefferson County Corrections. In this role, he has been responsible for the oversight of all medical and mental health operations, leading budgeting efforts, coordinating with jail and corporate leadership, managing teams, and ensuring compliance and quality across services.
Thomas began his career in healthcare as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and quickly advanced to become a Registered Nurse, holding multiple leadership roles at CHRISTUS Southwest Texas. His clinical background spans Emergency, ICU, Med/Surg. and Teleneuro departments, and he has served as both Charge Nurse and RN Lead of Emergency Services. Thomas is known for his strong communication skills, team leadership, and a results-driven approach to patient care and organizational improvement.
His academic achievements reflect a commitment to lifelong learning and strategic growth.
Outside of healthcare, Thomas also brings a unique creative leadership perspective as Director of Music Ministries at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, where he manages programming, budgeting, and community outreach.
