At our Adams County partner facility, Francisca “Cisca” Torres, our dedicated Administrative Assistant, is one of those key people who ensures that operations stay organized, efficient, and always moving forward.
A Steady Hand in a Fast-Paced Environment
Cisca’s role as Administrative Assistant is anything but routine. Her days are filled with managing reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring that both medical and office supplies are readily available to meet daily needs. She also plays a critical role in maintaining NCCHC accreditation documentation and managing the site pharmacy to make sure medications are in stock for patients’ ongoing care.
Her attention to detail, organization, and reliability helps the Adams County medical unit run seamlessly. “Organization, for sure,” Cisca shared. “I take pride in keeping things neat and visually appealing. I’ve developed systems to organize effectively and save time.” It’s this commitment to structure and efficiency that makes her an invaluable part of the CorrHealth team.
A Team Player with a Passion for Collaboration
When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Cisca’s answer came easily: teamwork. “I enjoy the teamwork environment I have with everyone and the great collaboration we are continuing to build in Adams County,” she said. Her positive attitude and willingness to support her colleagues contribute to the strong sense of unity that defines the Adams County team.
Driven by her desire to learn and grow, Cisca finds motivation in challenging herself both personally and professionally. “I find motivation in setting goals and achieving them,” she explained. That mindset not only keeps her moving forward but also inspires those around her.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of CorrHealth, Cisca’s life is full of family, adventure, and balance. She enjoys spending time with her two children, hiking, attending sporting events and concerts, and traveling whenever she can. Watching her daughter wrestle at the collegiate level is one of her greatest joys, and when she gets the chance, she also values quiet moments to recharge. “I like being alone sometimes,” she said with a smile, “but not all the time.”
