EXCITING NEWS! Yesterday morning, the National Association for Business Resources announced CorrHealth as its winner of their “2022 Best and Brightest Award in the Nation”. As some of you may recall, back in March, we were awarded the “Best and Brightest Company to Work For in Dallas/Ft. Worth“, which is where CorrHealth is incorporated and based.
Team, this is incredibly exciting news, we’re elated to share this news with you, and we’re humbled to receive such an important honor, but it’s equally as important to understand the basis of this award, how we qualified, and how we were chosen for it. It’s also important to understand what this award means to you, your career with CorrHealth, and our unparalleled and relentless support of you and our teams.
Through a process of random surveys completed by many of our team members, the National Association for Business Resources gauged our survey results against regional and national data sets related to company engagement, support and performance. The “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” competition identifies and honors organizations which display a serious commitment to excellence in business operations, team-member enrichment & support, excellence in Human Resources which lead to increased team satisfaction rates and better business practices. “The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For“ program acknowledges and celebrates those companies which are making a true difference. Award winners are chosen based on their building and managing better business, they have a serious commitment to supporting their team members, they are creating richer lives and they are helping build stronger communities. It isn’t a coincidence these characteristics are the values which CorrHealth stands for, as it’s what we do, and it’s who we are, and we are extraordinarily proud of that.
