While many of our team members and county partners may not interact with him daily, Josh plays a crucial role in shaping how CorrHealth communicates and engages with its audience.
A Day in the Life of a Marketing Coordinator
Josh’s role is dynamic, creative, and essential to our marketing efforts. He supports the Director of Marketing and Proposals, assisting with everything from graphic design and video production to social media management, blog formatting, and recruitment marketing.
His day starts with checking digital platforms, ensuring our website and scheduled content are running smoothly. From there, it’s a mix of designing assets for marketing campaigns, creating performance reports, assisting with ad campaigns, and collaborating with team members across different departments to bring ideas to life. Occasionally, he even travels to company events and partner facilities to capture video and photo content, bringing CorrHealth’s work to the forefront through visual storytelling.
A Passion for Creativity
One of the things Josh enjoys most about his role is the variety of tasks and creative opportunities. No two days are the same, and that keeps him engaged and motivated. His love for storytelling, video production, and graphic design shines through in his work, making a tangible impact on how CorrHealth’s message is shared.
Josh also values the strong communication and professionalism within the CorrHealth team. He knows that when he reaches out for information or collaboration, he’ll receive clear, timely, and precise responses, allowing him to execute his role efficiently. Many of the assets and content published by CorrHealth are developed weeks or even months in advance. His ability to prioritize tasks, maintain a structured calendar, and strategically plan marketing efforts ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
Life Outside of Work
When he’s not busy creating top-tier marketing content, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board games, karaoke with his wife, and deepening his faith. Two hobbies he’s especially passionate about are working out and playing Tejano music on the accordion – a skill he has no plans of giving up anytime soon!
