Kim’s journey to CorrHealth began during a deeply personal chapter in her life. After relocating to New Mexico to care for her sister, Kim discovered CorrHealth at a time when purpose mattered most. From the very beginning, she felt encouraged by leadership to make a difference—an impression that has only strengthened over time. Today, Kim continues to lead with compassion, resilience, and a strong dedication to serving both our team and the underserved communities we support.
A People-First Role with Purpose
As Director of People & Culture, Kim’s days center on one main focus: people. Her responsibilities touch nearly every part of the organization, from recruiting and staffing to retention efforts, leadership support, policy guidance, and daily problem-solving. Whether she’s answering questions from team members, supporting facility leadership, or making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed, Kim approaches every task with purpose and care.
There is no such thing as a “typical” day for Kim. Her work is fast-paced, dynamic, and deeply human—filled with conversations, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making. She also promotes professionalism across the organization by helping maintain dress code standards and managing team apparel, ensuring CorrHealth reflects excellence in both patient care and presentation.
Strength in Teamwork
One of the aspects Kim values most about her role is working alongside her People & Culture team. She describes them as a group of strong, talented individuals who bring unique strengths. Together, they support each other through challenges, celebrate each other’s successes, and stay grounded in a shared purpose.

Life Beyond Work
Outside of CorrHealth, Kim treasures time spent with her family. She shares joint custody of her 91-year-old mother, a role she considers both an honor and a privilege. Kim also enjoys life with her husband, extended family, and beloved fur kids—cherishing every moment and memory along the way.
