Erica Uzpen, RN, joined us recently as CorrHealth’s Director of Compliance & Education Systems. Her previous experience as Director of MAT Programs and Compliance Coordinator includes over 12 years as a registered nurse and nursing leader.
In her new role with CorrHealth, she is responsible for establishing easily understandable compliance standards, which she will use to train CorrHealth’s various teams on effective and efficient policies and procedures. This training ensures the identification, prevention, and remediation of noncompliance with applicable laws, regulations, and facility rules. Erica is also responsible for education initiatives, promoting careers with CorrHealth to various nursing institutions, and establishing checks and balance initiatives company wide. Erica is temporarily performing as a Regional Director to assist CorrHealth’s leadership in vetting and training a new, permanent Regional Director.
