Rentention and recruitment of qualified and locally based leaders, providers, and healthcare professionals

On-site medical healthcare programs and services

Establish and support a Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) program in combination with mental health programs therapies to assist with the treatment of substance use disorders

On-site mental/behavioral healthcare programs and services to include case management and discharge planning services

Correctional based policies, procedures, and protocols based on state specific jail/detention standards, National Commission on Correctional Healthcare (NCCHC), the American Correctional Association (ACA), industry best practices as well as community standards

Establishing partnerships with the local mental health authority (LMHA), as well as local community-based providers in an effort to reunite families and reduce recidivism

Initial and on-going medical and mental health training for our healthcare teams and the County’s Administration and detention personnel

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to include thorough auditing processes and contract compliance

Compliance with state detention standards, and accreditation services through the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare (NCCHC), the American Correctional Association (ACA), as well as industry best practice

Case Management, Adjudication, Claims and Utilization Management (UM) of off-site health and specialty care services

Indemnification services and liability coverage to include Professional and General Liability, Workers Compensation, Employment Practices Liability (EPLI) and Hired and Non-Owned Auto Coverage

Achievement of State, NCCHC, and/or ACA accreditation or re-accreditation (post suspension or loss of accreditation) services
